5 Habits to Prevent Piles

There are some habits that you must apply to be always protected from hemorrhoid disease: 

  1. Regular exercise. Exercise will improve blood circulation, improve activity in the intestine and stomach, to increase excretion. In turn hemorrhoids can be prevented. Regular exercise also trains the anus and ligaments.  
  2. Choosing the right foods. Hemorrhoids often arises from the habit of eating less fiber. Therefore, start eating lots of vegetables and fruits in order to smooth defecation. Some foods that can trigger hemorrhoids are chili, garlic, onion, mustard, and so on. Do not forget to drink lots of water.
  3. Avoid resist the urge to defecate. Constipation will stimulate the formation of hemorrhoids. Try to discard the dirt so pronounced. Also avoid defecating while reading or playing phone to not too long squat or sit. This habit is not good in preventing hemorrhoids.  
  4. Maintaining the health of the rectum and anus area. In this place erkembang many bacteria. If not taken care of his health can cause skin inflammation. If the inflammation gets worse can lead to hemorrhoids. Clean area with water and replace with regular underwear.  
  5. Avoid sitting for too long. This is the common cause of the emergence of hemorrhoids in modern life. Many people work by sitting up forgetting to stand up and relaxation. Sitting anus and anal muscles are always in a state of tense and substandard circulation. It has the potential to trigger a hemorrhoid.
